Inflate the base and both outer valves using a hand pump if desired.
Place the bath on a flat surface (preferably its final location) and fill it with warm water, making sure not to exceed the “maximum fill” line. Use the carrying handles to move the bath if it contains water.
Pour the entire contents of the magnesium bath flakes into the bath.
Submerge your feet and relax for 20 minutes.
Warning: Make sure the water is not too hot, and dry the bath before deflating and storing it. Keep it out of reach of children.
