These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Deep Relief. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Deep Relief sends appointment reminders, scheduling and confirmation messages, account and transaction notices, and, where you have opted in, promotional offers and service updates.
By submitting your phone number on our website, at one of our locations, or through another Deep Relief service, you are providing express written consent to receive automated marketing and transactional text messages from Deep Relief via SMS or MMS at the number provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt back in by replying START.
Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent Deep Relief from contacting you by other means about appointments, accounts, or services you have requested.

Your phone number will be securely stored and will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers that help us deliver the messages you have requested.
