I’ve gotten my fair share of deep tissue massages before coming to Deep Relief, none of them compared to the one I received from Han! She is Ashi Certified, and incredibly talented. I’ve always had chronic back pain, and never fully had a therapist reach the “pressure” that I desire. Han was able to locate all my pain points, apply just the right amount of pressure while being extremely attentive and ensuring I was comfortable throughout our session. I walked out incredibly happy to find this spot after driving by it everyday on my way home, and also happy to have found someone who was able to provide me with an immense amount of relief. Thank you, Han! Keep doing amazing things!

This is by far the best deep tissue massage I have ever received in my life. Ari helped me feel like a million bucks. She hit pressure points I did not know I needed worked. I left the place feeling ready to take on the rest of the year. This is my second time getting a massage here, and both times have been great. I was hurting pretty bad and need a last minute massage. I prefer deep tissue and needed good deep work. I didn’t want to waste my time and money trying at some random place getting a therapist that claims to be deep but isn’t. I decided to try this place thinking my chances of a good therapist here would be high. It was WONDERFUL, I was able to get in next day, massage was great, therapist was knowledgeable, worked all the areas I wanted. All staff was very nice and courteous, clean, quite, calm facility. I plan on returning monthly with my spouse, when my busy schedule calms down some.

What Types of Massage Do You Offer?

Is There One Type of Massage Therapy Technique That is Better Than Others?

Every technique has its own advantages. It depends on your level of tension, the amount of pressure that is necessary to work out adhesions, your body type, and more. Your own comfort level is also very important, as massages are meant to be relaxing in addition to therapeutic. You are welcome to ask for recommendations.

I Have a Specific Problem – Can You Address It?

Yes, absolutely. If it is treatable by massage therapy, then we will see if there is a custom massage therapy technique or strategy that we can use to target it. Our massage therapists can also pay closer attention to the areas you want to address.

Do I Need to Be Naked for the massage?

Massage is all about comfort. Most clients find that they are more comfortable completely undressed, but some prefer to leave there underwear on. Always undress to your comfort level and the way that you will be most most relaxed. You will be covered with a sheet and a blanket through the entire session, only exposing the body part that we are working on.

I Have an Injury or Illness, Can You Still Massage Me?

You’ll want to check first, as massage is not recommended for some health issues. But in general, if you have an injury or illness it is often possible to work around it. In some cases, massage may actually help treat it. Call first for a more detailed answer.

Do You Provide Corporate Massage?

Yes. DEEP Relief is happy to travel to your office to provide specialized massage services to those looking to offer it to their employees or management.

Will You Travel Outside of Austin?

In select cases, our therapists may travel to some of the nearby cities, like Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Westlake, Bee Cave and Dripping Springs. Please inquire with more information.
