Yes! Any unused membership credits automatically roll over from month to month as long as your membership remains active.
If you choose to cancel your membership, you will have 90 days from your termination date to use any remaining credits. After cancellation, all remaining credits may be redeemed at the non-member value rather than the discounted member value. After 90 days, any unused credits expire.
Partially. Memberships are intended for the individual member and cannot be transferred. However, your spouse or partner may use your unused membership credits toward any service at the non-member rate.
Additionally, children under 18 are eligible to receive member pricing as long as at least one parent or guardian is an active Deep Relief member.

Your membership does not automatically cancel after the first 3 months. Instead, it continues on a month-to-month basis until you request to cancel.
To cancel, simply call or text us and we’ll send you a short cancellation form. Once the completed form is received, your membership can be canceled immediately or on a future date of your choice.
