Each therapist completes training in the DR Hit The Spot™ method before treating clients. The method moves through the base of the skull, the base of the neck, the upper and mid back, the waistline, the hips and glutes, the front of the neck, and the chest. A session with one therapist follows the same order as a session with another, so a return visit does not depend on who is free that day.
