Please prepare to arrive five to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time especially if it is your first time visiting us, this will ensure you receive the full session time.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours preceding your appointment without a charge.
Same day cancellations or reschedules will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
No shows with no call before your scheduled arrival time will be charged the full fee of the service booked.
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists day that could have been filled by another client and we are obligated to pay our therapists for these late cancellations or no shows.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service, for same day cancellations, no shows or reschedules, clients will be charged 100% of the fee for the service booked.
