We understand that life happens and schedules change. To protect our therapists’ time and ensure fairness to all clients, we have the following cancellation policy:
Advance Notice (No Fee): You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up until our clinic’s closing time on the day prior to your appointment (7:00 PM weekdays, 6:00 PM weekends) without penalty.
Late Cancellations / Same-Day Changes (50% Fee): Cancellations or reschedules received after our closing time the day before your appointment, or on the day of your appointment, will be considered a same-day cancellation. In these cases, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.
No-Shows (100% Fee): If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full service fee.
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been offered to another client, and we are still obligated to compensate our therapists for that reserved time. Thank you for your understanding and support in respecting our therapists’ time.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
Same-day cancellations or reschedules will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full 100% fee for the booked service.
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another client, and we are still obligated to pay our therapists for these missed appointments.
As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. For same-day cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules, clients will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
